Article 1 - General information
The present general conditions of sale of the BELDI TOUCH company define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by BELDI TOUCH to customers of the BELDI TOUCH website.
The Member declares that he/she has read and accepts the rights and obligations pertaining thereto.
Any order made on the services is governed by the present conditions.
Article 2 - Ordering terms and prices
You can order via https://www.belditouch.com
The customer guarantees that he/she is fully authorized to use his/her payment card or PayPal account to pay for his/her order.
By clicking on the "Checkout" button during the order process, and after checking the contents of the order in the "Shopping Cart", the customer declares that he/she accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
After confirming the content of the order, the customer will validate it definitively by payment. The order will only be definitive once the corresponding price has been paid. BELDI TOUCH will confirm the order and its dispatch by email.
The price indicated for each product is inclusive of all taxes, and shipping costs will be indicated before final validation of the order.
Article 3 - Product availability
You can only order our items that are in stock. They are delivered within 3 to 4 days for metropolitan France and 4 to 8 days for Europe.
You can place a pre-order for products that are no longer in stock, which does not commit us to anything. You will be notified by email as soon as the product is available again.
Article 4 - Right of withdrawal
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) purchased, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to cancel your order and return it to us.
Any return of a damaged product will incur a penalty based on the damage caused.
Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal. To do this, you must :

Return new items in their original packaging, undamaged and with any accessories, at your own expense, to the following address:

The item will be reimbursed within 15 days.
Article 5 - Payment
Purchases can be paid for by credit card via Stripe or PayPal.
Payment cards currently accepted are : CB, Visa, MasterCard.
The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the banking payment centers.
The entire payment process is carried out between you and Stripe or Paypal. During the credit card payment phase, you temporarily leave our site.
This guarantees that BELDI TOUCH will never know your card number, and that the payment organization will not be able to know anything about the details of your purchases, since only the total amount and the order number are transmitted to them.
Payment can also be made by bank transfer, in which case your order will be held for three days to allow you to send us the transfer. You will receive our bank details (RIB) by email, and once the funds are in our account your order will be confirmed.
Article 6 - Delivery
Orders are prepared on receipt of payment and delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
All our items are in stock and are delivered within 3 to 4 days (this time may be longer for shipments outside France).
If you are absent when your parcel is presented, you can pick it up at a post office counter or a relay point.
Shipping costs depend on where you live and the weight of your items.
The quality of our packaging makes it highly unlikely that a parcel will be damaged. If this is the case, you can refuse: the Post Office will return the damaged parcel to us and we will resend you a new identical parcel.
When shipping an order, BELDI TOUCH warns that an original invoice including shipping costs and VAT is available online on the Website in the "My Account" section.
In the event of late delivery, the customer may contact BELDI TOUCH's customer service department by writing to contact@belditouch.com.
Article 7 - Warranties
Legal warranty (1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)
7.1 BELDI TOUCH commits itself to either reimburse the customer for the price of the product, or to exchange the customer's product for a product depending on available stocks, or to exchange the customer's product for a product of equivalent quality and price depending on available stocks in the event of delivery of a non-conforming product (article 4 above) and in the event of delivery of a product revealing a hidden defect.
For any request of this type, the customer must contact the customer service department by email at contact@belditouch.com
These provisions are not exclusive of the right of withdrawal defined in article 4 above.
Article L211-4 French Consumer Code
The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter was his responsibility under the contract or was carried out under his responsibility.
Note: Ordinance 2005-136 2005-02-17 art. 5: The provisions of this ordinance apply to contracts concluded after its entry into force.
Article L211-5 Code de la consommation To conform to the contract, the good must :
1° - Be fit for the use ordinarily expected of similar goods and, where applicable :
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model
- have the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect, taking into account public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labelling
2° - Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and accepted by the latter.
Note: Ordinance 2005-136 2005-02-17 art. 5: The provisions of this ordinance apply to contracts concluded after its entry into force.
Article L211-12 Consumer Code
Any action arising from a lack of conformity must be brought within two years of delivery of the goods.
Article 1641 French Civil Code
The seller is liable for any hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for its intended use, or which impair that use to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had he been aware of them.
Article 1648 paragraph 1 Civil Code
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of discovery of the defect.
Article 8 - Modification of the general sales conditions
BELDI TOUCH reserves the right to modify the present General Sales Conditions.
Article 9 - Personal data
BELDI TOUCH only collects the data necessary to process customer orders.
All this information is not passed on to third parties:
- Information you provide when filling in various forms (newsletter subscription, online purchase registration, order placement, contact).
- Information about your equipment (IP address, operating system, browser type, etc.).
All the data collected enables us to provide you with special offers and to keep you constantly informed of changes and improvements to our offers and services.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you. If you do not wish your details to be used for any other purpose, please let us know by letter (or e-mail), giving your full name, e-mail address and full contact details.
Article 10. Miscellaneous
In the event that any of the terms of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions shall remain in force.
Pursuant to articles 1316 et seq. of the French Civil Code and, where applicable, article L.110-3 of the French Commercial Code, the information provided by the Website is deemed authentic between the parties.
Article 11. Law - Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact BELDI TOUCH to obtain an amicable solution.
Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
